Rates
Peak Rates
Our peak season is from 10/1 to 4/1.
The peak rates for River Song Retreat are:
- $275 per night (includes up to 8 guests)
- The cleaning fee for peak season is $75.
Off Peak Rates
- $255 per night (includes up to 8 guests)
- The cleaning fee for off-peak is $75.
Unauthorized late check outs will be charged $25 per hour.
Rates subject to change without notice.
10% sales tax required
$150 deposit is taken at reservation. Rental fees are due 90 days prior to your stay.
Sorry, no pets. Outdoor smoking only.
2 night stay minimum
Some holidays require a 3 night stay. Call for details.

Cancellation Policy: $150 Deposit is due at the time of booking in order to hold the reservation. All rental fees are due 90 days prior to your stay. 100% refund minus $25.00 if filled by another party, regardless of cancellation date. Cancel 31 days before reservation and receive 100% refund minus $25.00 processing fee. Cancel 15-30 days before reservation and get 50% refund, 0-14 days before reservation no refund. Failure to arrive with no cancellation notice will result in full reservation fees/no refund.
